Office Closure/ Online Store Operating Hours

Our online store team will be taking a break from 11 Feb - 16 Feb 2021 for Chinese New Year.

All orders and enquiries placed during these dates will be processed after operations resume on 17 Feb. Please allow us an additional 1-2 days to respond to all emails received during this period.

- Online Store Cut Off dates -

Please complete your orders by 4 Feb, 23:59 if you would like to receive your items before Chinese New Year.

All online orders placed after 4 Feb will be processed and dispatched after operations resume on 17 Feb.

- Retail Store/ Salon Opening hours -

Our salon (Chez Moi) will be closed from 11 Feb - 16 Feb 2021 for Chinese New Year.

For store-pick-up, please note our operation hours on 17 Feb will be as follows:

11 Feb - 16 Feb: Closed.
17 Feb: 10am - 12pm, 3pm - 7pm

We will resume our usual operating hours from 18 Feb 2021.
