Peppermint is a refreshing oil that boosts energy, sharpens concentration, and relieves indigestion & bloating.
It is also excellent in helping to relieve cold and flu symptoms. Adding a few drops of peppermint to your diffuser blend can help clear the mind and focus a scattered brain.
BLENDS WELL WITH
Eucalyptus, Lavender & Rosemary
Diffuser: Add a few drops into your diffuser to scent & purify the air.
Steam Inhalation: Add about 5 drops of essential oil into a bowl of hot water, cover the head and bowl with a towel and breathe deeply for a minute. Good for detoxification. Repeat as needed.
Massage: Combine with a carrier oil and massage into affected areas. Eg. Onto stomach to soothe indigestion and IBS. (Best avoided in facial massage)
