Diffuser: Add a few drops into your diffuser to scent & purify the air.
Steam Inhalation: Add about 5 drops of essential oil into a bowl of hot water, cover the head and bowl with a towel and breathe deeply for a minute. Repeat as needed.
Massage: Combine with a carrier oil and massage into affected areas.
